Big And Tall Records channel on youtube has been terminated because of a trademark violation! I have made 2 appeals, 1st was denied, 2nd is pending, but it doesn't look good. I don't know what trademark I infringed on, and probably will never know. It was totally by accident. But it makes no difference. Youtube would rather take a channel down than risk a lawsuit by a trademark holder, no matter the circumstances.Over 300 videos, and 2 years worth of work! If the 2nd appeal is also denied, I will explore other ways to get the videos back online, and see if it will be worth it. I hope things work out that I can get them back online, but if not:
